Shipping & Refund Policy

At Artful Impact, LLC, we are proud to ship handmade artwork and creative products created by our participants. Each item represents the time, effort, and talent of an individual in our program, and we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information (when available).

  • Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind and handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on the nature of the item. We will communicate with you if we anticipate any delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Packaging

  • We package items with care using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Because items are handmade and sometimes delicate, packaging may vary by product type.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at artfulimpactstudio@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If your product arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, replacements may not always be available.

Refunds and Returns

  • Because each item is handmade by our participants, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at artfulimpactstudio@gmail.com. We may request a photo of the damage.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement if available.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Local Pickup

  • Customers in the Lafayette/West Lafayette, Indiana area may have the option to select local pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup times will be arranged via email once your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Artful Impact is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit by shipping carriers. However, we will make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues with the carrier.
